🛎️ General Questions
You can book your excursion online through our website.
Yes, we recommend booking in advance, especially during high season (May–October), as tours fill up quickly.
Absolutely! We offer private and VIP excursions tailored to your preferences, including Jeep Safaris, minibus tours, and boat trips.
Yes! Many of our excursions are family-friendly. However, some activities, like hiking or Jeep Safaris, are not suitable for infants.
Our guides speak generally English, German, and French to ensure the best experience for our guests. For some excursions we also offer Dutch, Polish and Italian.
📍 Pickup & Transportation
Yes! We provide hotel pickup and drop-off in Hersonissos, Stalis, Malia, and surrounding areas for most excursions.
If your hotel is outside our standard pickup area, we will arrange the nearest pickup point or suggest a convenient meeting place.
We use minibuses, Jeeps, coaches, and economy cars, depending on the excursion type.
Yes! For Jeep Safaris and Quad Safaris, you can drive if you have a valid driving license and meet the age and driving requirements.
💳 Payments & Policies
We accept the following payment methods:
- ✔ Credit & Debit Cards – Visa, MasterCard, and other major cards.
- ✔ Online Payments – Secure payments through our booking system.
No, you can not pay your booking in cash on the day of the excursion. However, the extras to pay on the day of the excursion are recommanded to pay cash, because paying with Cards is not always possible.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- ✔ Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the excursion.
- ✔ Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee ONLY with a doctors attest.
- ✔ No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.
If an excursion is canceled due to bad weather, we offer:
- ✔ An alternative date to reschedule your tour.
- ✔ A full refund if rescheduling is not possible.
Refunds are not available for missed excursions due to personal delays or last-minute cancellations. Please arrive on time at your pickup location.
🎒 Preparing for Your Excursion
We recommend bringing:
- ✔ Comfortable clothing & shoes (especially for hiking & safaris).
- ✔ Sunscreen, hat & sunglasses for outdoor tours.
- ✔ Swimsuit & towel for boat trips.
- ✔ Camera or phone for capturing amazing memories.
- ✔ A bottle of water to stay hydrated.
Most excursions include lunch or snacks, but details vary per tour. Please check the tour description before booking.
If you have dietary restrictions, let us know in advance.
Pets are allowed on private excursions, but for group tours, pets are usually not permitted due to other guests' comfort.
Please contact us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.
Your clothing depends on the type of excursion:
- ✔ Hiking & Jeep Safari – Comfortable clothes, hiking shoes, and a jacket for higher altitudes.
- ✔ Boat Trips – Swimsuit, light clothing, hat, and sandals.
- ✔ Cultural Tours – Casual wear with comfortable walking shoes.
Yes! When visiting churches or monasteries, guests should wear:
- ✔ Long skirts or pants for women.
- ✔ Covered shoulders for both men and women.

The duration of our excursions varies:
- ✔ Half-day tours: 3–5 hours.
- ✔ Full-day tours: 6–10 hours.
No, the season is from April until end of October.
If you have special dietary needs (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, allergies), please inform us in advance, and we will arrange suitable meal options where possible.
Most of our excursions include professional guides, who provide valuable insights into the history, culture, and nature of Crete.
Yes, we schedule regular restroom breaks during longer excursions. However, we recommend using the facilities before the tour starts.
